Traditional meal workshop
Costa Rica has a large variety of traditional meals, all very nutritious and tasty. We enjoy teaching our students how to prepare an easy and fun dish, hands on, we make corn flour empanadas, usually we stuff it with fresh cheese or ground beans, but you can use many other ingredients (as far as the creativity takes someone)

Everybody enjoys it very much, afterwards we share some time together enjoying our creations. Yummy! Just delicious.
