It has come to our attention that some of our clients are not receiving our mail due to some problems with the Internet servers. We like to inform you that we respond all e-mails and application requests within 24 hours except on weekends and holidays. If you do not hear from us, please let us know.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation more than 8 weeks before the course start date:

If a participant cancels the program more than 8 weeks before the first day of class, the non-refundable deposit of USD 150.00 or USD 250.00 (if accommodation is booked through Wayra) will be forfeited.

Cancellations between 8 weeks and 2 weeks before the course start date:

For cancellations made between 8 weeks and 2 weeks before the start date of classes, a 50% cancellation fee of the program cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be charged.

Cancellations 15 days or less prior to the course start date:

There will be no refund for cancellations made within 15 days of the start date of classes.

RESCHEDULING

If you wish to reschedule your program and not lose your payment (excluding the non-refundable deposit), please follow these two requirements:

Notify us in writing at least 15 days before your scheduled start date.

Your rescheduled program must commence within one year of the original scheduled date.

Low Seasons Discount for 2024

There is a discount of 10% for any Spanish classes and lodging at the student houses from April 28th, 2024 - June 2nd, 2024 and from September 15th - October 6th, 2024.
