It has come to our attention that some of our clients are not receiving our mail due to some problems with the Internet servers. We like to inform you that we respond all e-mails and application requests within 24 hours except on weekends and holidays. If you do not hear from us, please let us know.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations prior to 15 days before the first day of class, there is a processing fee of USD 50.00 for the Spanish classes and no cancellation fee for lodging.

For cancellations made less than 15 days before the first day of class, we charge a fee of 20% for classes and the equivalent amount of one week of accommodation.

There is no refund for cancellations once the program has started.

Low Seasons Discount for 2023

There is a discount of 10% for any Spanish classes and lodging at the student houses from April 30th, 2023 - June 4th, 2023 and from September 17th - October 8th, 2023.
